The INSTITUTO FAVELA SEEDS is a cultural incentive center that promotes the construction of personality and the creation of social bonds through interactive actions. Conceived and created by the model and businesswoman Juliana Nalu, together with her family, the project was born in 2023 out of the desire to help young people from favelas, just like herself. Juliana seeks to offer opportunities that she herself received, giving back and generating value, while at the same time providing new perspectives in life.
Our goal is to foster values and principles that encourage a positive and enriching social attitude. Our activities include:

In addition to these actions, we support families with the distribution of basic food baskets, psychological care and clothing donations, always counting on the generosity of our donors.

Our platform aims to offer opportunities for discovery and growth for Brazil's talented youth. With the support of sponsors, we can impact hundreds of children and their families, promoting a better quality of life and security for the future.
IMPACT
To date, we have impacted more than 500 lives throughout all of our activities and we continue to expand our reach.
Furthermore, the involvement of families in the activities of Favela Seeds strengthens community ties, creating a support network that benefits everyone. With sport, art and culture as pillars, the project not only offers healthy and constructive alternatives for young people's free time, but also encourages the development of talents and skills that often remain latent in vulnerable contexts.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Our headquarters has the capacity to serve 50 people, located in the favela of Chapadão, in the north of Rio de Janeiro, facilitating access to our services for young people in our community.
The space is a welcoming and functional environment, where activities are carried out ranging from the introduction to the concepts of administration and entrepreneurship, to initiatives focused on psychoeducational and pedagogical skills.
Furthermore, the institute promotes educational sport, with Jiu-jitsu classes at CT Sidney, sponsored by Favela Seeds, aiming at the physical and mental development of participants.

Our goal is to expand our services to the areas of technology, photography, dance and culture, always aiming for the inclusion and integral development of young talents.
